Part-Time River Surveyors Needed NOW! Do you enjoy being outdoors & talking with people? Conduct short research surveys with visitors. No sales. Locations along the lower section of Upper Colorado River include several river access/boat pullouts between Two Rivers/Glenwood Springs and Horse Creek. You don’t need to be available for the whole time period or for all locations to apply. There will be additional compensation offered to cover gas costs to get to/from the river locations. You will be responsible for providing your own reliable transportation to/from the job sites. The Upper Colorado River surveys will occur at various river access/boat pullouts. Locations in the lower section of the Upper Colorado River include: Horse Creek, Lyon’s Gulch, Dotsero, Grizzly and Two Rivers. The survey shifts are typically from 9 am – 6 pm. The number of days you cover would vary depending on your availability and coverage needed. You will be working on the land (not on the river). We are looking for people to work on the following dates: - Wednesday, June 9 - Saturday, June 19 - Saturday, July 3 - Thursday, July 15 - Friday, July 23 - Saturday, July 24 - Wednesday, August 4 - Sunday, August 15 - Saturday, September 4 - Saturday, October 2 To apply send an email with your interest and qualifications, a current resume or brief description of your experiences, hours and days you can work, and specific locations where you can work (i.e., specific river access/boat pullouts along the Upper Colorado River).
