Hello there looking to have our kitchen remodeled, pantry built, some different switch arounds in the kitchen of items 1 being the small aislsnd moved bkwrds against the wall it’s supposed to of been placed against etc.... attic floor to be fixed in a small area, railing to be put back up on the stairs, and all other smaller jobs possibly even railings on the porch & siding of the shed to be completed. There’s several different projects needed to be done but my fiancé knows all details I’m trying to list what I do know that he’s looking to have done, and what I want done also. It’s best to come out, setup appt first of course with us and estimate the jobs hours and tell us how much per the job or hour, and how long it would take your crew to complete the projects. We prefer to talk in person to show the lay out plan my man had created already which I’m adding some changes too bc he had the plan sketched prior to my input of ideas being put into the pictures, prior to me dating him. So the sketch plan on papers seems all good except I have some questions to “what if “ I wanted additional space in the downstairs bathroom or laundry room how much space could we extend it to become and depends on those projects costs bc if they would be expensive, then I would settle with shelves or something we could figure out maybe an cabinet or something being built for the bathroom instead. We need rooms most of them painted as well. And I want different ceiling lights installed, I would love an chandelier but my man thinks ceilings aren’t tall enough that one would come down to low but I’m wanting some advice on certain stuff if it will be able to be done or not such as chandelier and if any more space could be given in downstairs bathroom or laundry room; also faucet and sink needs be replaced in kitchen aisland ! So plumber knowledge and electrical knowledge I know will be needed for sink & faucets we decide to switch out, and electrical for new lights being installed; plus my man says that the wall entrance area from kitchen to living room he would like to be put bk to it’s original entrance but on that wall inside of it I guess is where many wires run or something ;so him telling you is way easier than myself trying to explain to you. Talk to him in person so he can describe projects and what he means by wires are inside a wall near where he wants the new entrance to be placed. Which entrance would be placed bk to where it originally was b4 the entrance got moved to different area in the wall. Please email us to setup appt to come out to give estimate.
