Need a good mechanic

Does anyone know a good mechanic that is capable of changing VCT solenoid or possibly cam phasors in a 3.5 ecoboost explorer? Dealer is trying to rip me off selling extra stuff that I already replaced. Took it to another shop they could not even figure out what the sound is.
