Maintenance Technicians Needed Immediately and we will assist with seasonal relocation to beautiful Seattle! !Hablamos Español! Gu-Wi is a an exterior home maintenance company with 15,000 customers serving the Seattle and Portland areas for over 14 years. Our company is growing too fast and we are now able to hire hard working maintenance technicians and pay for your relocation to work here from June to October. We provide a company vehicle and will find you a place to live while you are here. We also pay for your training at $17/hr. After training you will be provided a company car and will earn $23/hr. You can earn more with demonstratable experience in pressure washing, window washing, gutter installation, painting, or carpentry. Let us know if you are skilled in these areas! Experience is NOT required, but you must be athletic, ambitious, reliable, and hard working. You will be trained to perform these services: Gutter Cleaning Window Washing Pressure Washing Roof Cleaning We are looking for self-motivated, hard working technicians; someone who appreciates details & has the discipline to stay organized and complete jobs to meet high standards. We hire people who treat their team members, customers, and equipment with the utmost respect. You must be comfortable with heights and confident on ladders. This work can be somewhat laborious and you will be outside all day, working on roofs and in the sun, but it is very rewarding! The weather in Seattle is beautiful and we work hard to support all of our employees! REQUIREMENTS: -- Physically Capable & Athletic -- Comfortable on ladders and roofs -- Consistent and dependable. -- Drug Free & able to pass a background check -- Able to easily carry heavy ladders -- Can work independently and complete jobs on your own -- Good customer service skills -- Has a valid Drivers License -- Professional & clean appearance -- Able to move to Seattle for at least 3-6 months.
