A1 Retrofit LLC currently has 2 permanent full-time Remodeler positions available. Please respond to this ad and attach your resume and trade references. Duties include but are not limited to: 1. Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling 2. Siding, window and deck install/repairs 3. Drywall repairs/texture matching 4. Plank flooring install 5. Finish carpentry 6. Wood-rot repairs 7. Painting interior/exterior 8. General remodeling Compensation: Lead $25.00 to $30.00 per hour DOE Helper $15.00 to $20.00 per hour DOE Location: Clark, Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington counties Must have: 1. 3 years remodler 1 years helper experience minimum 2. Valid Washington/Oregon driver's license 3. Reliable transportation 4. Must pass background and drug screening 5. Speak fluent English 6. Clean and neat appearance 7.
