Annual Alzheimer's Fundraiser Event "Miniature Summertime Block Party"

This year we are changing things up a bit!!! We have come up with a FUNdraiser to raise awareness and funds for the Alzheimer’s Association - OR/SW Washington Chapter. The Sundown Squad will be hosting a "Miniature Summertime Block Party" featuring more than 15 local artists and bands performing LIVE some of their favorite cover songs and maybe even some originals! Each artist/band will also be competing to be the "Best of the Best" as the audience will have a chance to vote on their favorite artist/band of the day! The top 3 artists/bands will receive a Gift Certificate for a locally owned restaurant in Vancouver, WA, thank you to our Presenting Sponsor, Shields Family Home Loans. The audience can submit their votes for their favorites by making a $5.00 donation for each vote they cast. If you want to make a $20.00 donation, this will get you 4 votes! At the end of the event, the Sundown Squad will tally the votes and announce the Top 3 winners! Those who make a donation will also be entered in to win some cool raffle prizes! So make sure to bring your lawn chairs to sit back, grab something to eat or drink from Shanahan's Pub & Grill, enjoy some tunes, have fun, and help us raise funds and awareness for care and support while advancing research in an effort to help end Alzheimer’s and other dementia. Your money will help the Alzheimer’s Association in their mission to eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health. *** Artist Line-Up For Now...
