As a fast growing, full-service landscape company located in Columbus, OH, we are hiring for our commercial and residential mowing crew. We want quality people to join our team and help us continue to grow in 2021. We are seeking self-motivated, hard-working individuals to fill this position. All applicants must meet the following requirements: MOWERS: If you take pride in your work, enjoy being outside and can physically complete assigned properties, we are looking for you. Mowing, leaf blowing and trimming experience and ability to drive a truck with a trailer is preferred. REQUIREMENTS: • Must have a valid driver’s license. • The ability to be insured by the company. • Must pass a background check. • Must be able to lift 75 lbs. • Ability to perform repetitive motions. • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. • Strong work ethic, accountability and consistency • Daily attendance and punctuality • Attention to detail • Positive attitude SCHUDULE: • Monday- Friday • Day Shifts • Overtime • 8-10hr Shifts • May be required to work some Saturday’s if needed. BENEFITS: • Year-end bonuses • 30-day review with possible pay increase • Paid holidays after 1 year • Vacation after 2 years Starting Pay Rate: $13 & Up. Pay Frequency: Direct Deposit only and paid every Friday.
