The Maintenance Technician’s primary responsibility is to help protect and enhance the quality of life and property in Glenshire Devonshire, and to carry out all of the duties as outlined below. Duties: A. Assist in maintaining all aspects of Common Space/Facilities maintenance on behalf of the GDRA Board of Directors and members. B. Landscaping a. Maintain all landscaping in a clean, groomed, and healthy state. i. Mow and edge lawn, rake, dethatch, aerate… ii.Manage weeds by removal and treatment. (Pay Range: $18 - $20) iii. Ensure rock/bark mulch properly placed and maintained. iv. Install and maintain plants, bushes, and trees. v. Make irrigation repairs as needed. vi. Keep trash and other debris out of landscaping areas. C. Keep waking surfaces free of debris and slip/trip hazards. D. Manage trash and recycling containers by emptying and cleaning. E. Maintain tennis courts by sweeping, washing, adjusting nets. F. Maintain playground by cleaning, removing debris, raking bark. G. Maintain parking lot free of debris, slip/trip hazards. H. Make minor repairs to buildings such as painting, staining, carpentry work, changing lamps, installing/removing shelfs, repair fences, set new fence posts. I. Assist in pool deck maintenance such as repairing umbrellas, chairs, tables, resetting paver stones. J. Install/remove signage. K. Maintain all areas in a clean, neat, and safe fashion. L. Maintain safety standards and working operations of all common areas/facilities. M. Be safety conscience, wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when required. N. Conduct monthly safety/lighting/fire extinguisher inspections. O. Assist in cleaning windows, flooring, bathrooms. P. Maintains tools and equipment in a safe and operational condition. Q.
