We Will Train!!!!!! We offer: The opportunity to learn and get state licensed in a skilled trade position if you are not already (just like a plumber or electrician) Competitive pay plan/regular raises (training pay is $15.00/hr)----raises to $38/ hr in first 2 years are typical) Currently we do not offer health benefits but are actively pursuing options Training takes about 3-6 months Company Vehicle (not 'take home') Paid Classes for Licensing (exterminator's license, not Driver's License) Advancement opportunities into management roles if desired (with generous pay increases) We are seeking an individual who is 'serious' about a career and:: Believes they can learn to be a manager (taking on extra responsibilities, has the ability to think through problems, working directly with the owner, and making decisions). Are over 21 yrs old (for insurance purposes), motivated and Most Importantly "Reliable" Has a valid Drivers License Can pass a background check - This is a state law for our industry & mandatory/not a company policy. Understands what customer service is & is NOT (Bad attitudes will not be successful in our industry) Understand that our office is located in SA 78217 area. This will be your starting and ending point every day. During the day; we serve ALL of SA, Canyon Lake, New Braunfels, San Marcos and Austin. We do a ton of driving!!
