Description
Seeking peppy, fun, and experienced personal assistant/office admin for busy Seattleite/multiple business owner.
Duties could include but are not limited to:
• Admin/office duties:
Light admin and bookkeeping work (will train but must be proficient in office software), dispatch and job scheduling (will train the right person), setting up new printers/computers, stocking the office fridge with standard items, physically picking up checks or prints from contractors, bank runs, setting up zoom meetings, etc.
• Personal Assistant duties:
There may be as-needed personal assistant duties as time goes on, being open and flexible to new tasks is invaluable to this position.
Must haves:
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Comfort in a construction industry setting.
Above average organizational methods/skills.
Current driver’s license and vehicle.
Ability to keep busy during down time.
Take directions (both written and verbal) well the first time.
Self-motivate with on-going projects.
Take constructive criticism or direction.
