Hi, I'm looking for a professional but not to much of a pro professional. Someone with atleast 5+ years to 10years experience. Someone that will actually move. An not just be lazy at work. I need someone that knows how to prep properly, or know how to prep(masking, Putty, chalking, sanding, etc...) Someone that listen to directions. Knows how to use a ladder an not afraid to go up the ladder. So don't waste both our time. An don't just tell me a lie on about how you can do this or you can do that. But, really you can't an don't know how to do none of the things you say you can. I need motivated workers. Pay will be determined on how you work. But definitely the pay will not be less then 22hr. But if I see you can get things done then I can give you more. But for now I would say 22hr to start off.
