Lost Stuffed Animal

I’m hoping anyone can help me locate a stuffed animal (puppy) that was lovingly offered to a small child in distress at a traffic accident on highway 330 at approximately 4:30pm on Monday, May 31st. The vehicle in the accident was an overturned gray F150. My son loved his puppy and hopes he helped this boy smile at his time of need. We would love to have the stuffed animal back. I would like to offer a reward to anyone who may have information to help me get in touch with this family. I really appreciate any help you can give me.
