i have a monk parakeet also know as a quaker parrot for rehoming. i dont know how old he is but hes been with me for 2 years. he is cage agressive and need to be taking out with a glove but once out he like to sit on people shoulders and eat snacks. he does talk. he can say “come here” and he can blow kisses. rehoming fee is $540
