Description
The Facilities Services Coordinator provides direct support to University Housing Facilities Managers by providing information, training, and direction of work efforts to custodial and maintenance staff. This position coordinates and oversees workers in the cleaning, maintenance, repair, and room-setups for University Housing residence halls, family housing, dining facilities, and grounds on the exciting UO campus. This position assists Facilities Managers through evaluating customer service and work requests with an emphasis on the potential impact on resident well-being, safety, and academic success, validating requirements, and prioritizing requests based on urgency.
This is a full-time, 12-month position offering a robust benefits package to eligible employees, including insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and staff tuition benefits for employees or eligible family members. Housing staff members are also eligible for a meal incentive program at our on-campus Dining venues.
