Powder Coating Company and Manufacturing is looking to fill up to 8 general laborer positions for immediate hire! Monday- Friday, Day and night shift. Saturdays OT The hours will be 8 per shifts. 40 hours a week. plus Over Time Requirements: * We are conducting interviews immediately upon application submission. * Must have a good attitude and work well with others (team oriented) * Must have reliable transportation and be on time to work every day. * Meet target hours and complete schedules as set by Supervisor. * Work overtime as required. * Able to wear personal protective equipment (safety glasses, ear plugs, respiratory in some areas). * Steel toe shoes are required to work. * Must be able to lift and push up to 150 lbs. * Must provide quality workmanship on each duty performed. * Must be able to work with power tools, such as grinders, sanders, drills and also use utility knife and razors * Repetitive standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting. * Maintain a neat organized work area and help with the general daily housekeeping of the department. A Production Worker performs work activities in relation to the, fabrication, coating, blasting and assembly different products. As a production worker you will: Read tags, travelers and work orders to verify material type, color, size and finish are correct. Produce all products with acceptable levels of quality. Inspect all product to ensure it meets quality expectations prior to forwarding to the next operator. Participate in the and cleanup of the work area to ensure safety and productivity goals are met. Starting pay is $15 /hour + $1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift (2:00 pm -10:30 am).
