Gear Boater/Camp Host

We are in search of a gear boater and camp host to help run our overnight river camping program for the 2021 season. This position starts immediately and runs through September. Ideal candidates will have experience rowing boats on local rivers, setting up river camps, and ability to work well with other camp team members, fishing guides, and fishing clients. River trips are on the Smith River in June which are 5 day trips. In July through September we operate shorter trips on a variety of local rivers. Duties include packing gear and loading trailers for overnight river camping trips, rowing gear boats, setting up and breaking down camps, cleaning and organizing gear. Additional duties include helping the camp chef prep and serve meals in camp, attending to guest needs, and helping our guests enjoy their Montana fly fishing vacation.
