***FLEET LEASE REMARKETING is currently looking for a Reconditioning Technician for IMMEDIATE hire*** The Reconditioning Technician will primarily assist in the installing and removing of parts as well as sourcing new and used parts for repairs. This position will also assist in other areas of need around the lot that help facilitate the success of the team. Depending on experience, the pay range starts at $14 - $20 an hour. Personal Requirements: We are looking for high-character teammates that are trustworthy, punctual, exude honesty, follow direction and enjoy working in a friendly and outdoor environment. Simply put, this is a group of good people and we want to surround ourselves with more of the same! Applicants must have a reliable mode of transportation. Job Requirements: The Recon Agent should have at least two years experience working at a dealership and be mechanically inclined. Be able to assist in detailing. Be able to lift as much as 50 pounds. Keep and clean and organized workspace. Efficiently complete tasks and duties without constant supervision and oversight.
