FLEET LEASE REMARKETING is looking for EXPERIENCED MECHANICS that are highly proficient in repairing a wide range of vehicles, including diesel-powered vehicles.   Personal Requirements: - Trustworthy, punctual, and honest. - High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. - Prefer at least 3 years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem solving and repair experience.   - ***DIESEL EXPERIENCE IS A MAJOR PLUS*** - Excellent customer service skills.   - Professional appearance and work ethic. - Enjoy working in a friendly and outdoor environment. - Drug testing required. - The ability to take initiative and efficiently complete tasks and duties without constant supervision and oversight.   Job Requirements: - Efficiently and accurately perform repair work in accordance with factory standards - Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing protocols. - Maintain a safe, organized and tidy shop area. - Participates in all required training and be able to help train other incoming staff. - Basic computer skills – Additional training with company systems will be provided. - Basic book and timekeeping tasks – Manage invoices and other correspondence internally and externally. - Observe all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations.       We are looking to hire for Full Time, 40-hour work week positions as soon as possible.  Start this week!   Salary is based on experience and ranges from $40,000-$70,000/year.  Other benefits include Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, paid time off, bonuses, and an Employee Vehicle Purchase Program.
