Licensed contractor needed to repair, resurface, pave and stripe parking lot There will be a site meeting held Monday June 7th at 10:am at the location of 1211 Druid Hill Ave Baltimore, Maryland 21217 for contractors to have a chance to visit the location and review the scope of work expected to be completed, ask questions and to receive a copy of the RFP if the contractor has not received one. Approximately 2550 sq feet. Contractor Must complete Davis Bacon Act documentation and have a copy to supply to the Organization prior to work starting. More information is outlined in the RFP (Note for Davis Bacon : The Davis-Bacon Act of 1931 requires contractors and subcontractors working on federally funded jobs to pay their laborers wages and benefits no less than what others locally pay their workers for similar projects....
