We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced drywall Project Manager and Super Intendant. Qualified candidates will possess experience in the Steel Framing & Drywall Construction Industry via multiple Commercial Projects. Includes TI, Medical, Multi Family, Hotels, Warehouse, Industrial and various others etc… Organizational Skills and Ability to manage multiple Drywall projects is required Material list and manpower take-offs Competent in understand and reading Plans, Specifications, Change Orders, Work Orders, Proposals, decipher right and wrongs in the field along with Verifications, RFI, Submittals etc.. Attend site visits, pre-bid meetings, job site walk-throughs, bids, and coordination meetings Computer Skills Knowledge of Construction processes and terminology Ability to read and understand Blueprints Strong Organizational, Prioritization, and Time Management Skills Ability to fully understand Plans and Specifications Excellent Communication Skills; both internal and external Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Please email with qualifications, yrs., in the Industry, skills and aptitude, jobs to date, positions held, vehicle type, tools etc..
