Custom Solar is currently seeking solar installers from all levels. This position will work with crews of 2-6 installers on commercial and residential solar projects. Our ideal candidate would have experience working in the solar industry and construction experience. Job Requirements: – Physically able to lift 50 pounds throughout the work day – Own your own basic hand tools – Reliable transportation – Able to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures – Previous experience in construction industry – Excellent driving record – Professional appearance, punctual, and organized – Comfortable working safely on rooftops Preferred Qualifications: – NABCEP certified – Previous electrical knowledge – Roofing knowledge – Technical Solar/Construction training – OSHA training This is a highly competitive position and the ideal candidate will pay close attention to detail and have a true passion for the solar industry.
