Found: Car Key Circuit Boards

I thought these were litterbug garbage but my husband says these are electronic type board that goes inside a key housing for a car to be able to drive the car and stuff. Looks like junk to me but hubby says they are important. So if anyone around here lost these boards and can describe what they are contained in, please send us a message.
