Help wanted for tear down, CR/Marion 6/13/21

We are having a memorial service for a family member Sunday, June 13, 2021. Location will be explicitly discussed via messaging or phone calls to interested parties. Around 4-4:30 PM, we will have some tables and chairs that will need to be taken down. They do not need to be transported, storage for them is on site, you will just be folding up the tables and chairs and putting them in the on - site storage. This is not a huge center by any means, we estimate the guest total of the event to be 125-150 and this is over several hours (open house style event), never all at once so the amount of tables and chairs should not be overwhelming. Most of our family is very old and cannot flip, fold, or move tables and chairs for extended periods of time. You won't be stuck alone, there are a couple able bodied younger folks to assist but it is too much for them alone and we would love an extra set of hands. The tear down will commence shortly after 4PM and I can't imagine you would be stuck there any later than 6. If it goes longer than 6 feel free to leave then. Pay is $50 cash. Your word/attendance/commitment is HUGE. If for any reason you commit to this and decide the day of to not show up, an entire family and event will be left in lurch, so please, SERIOUS inquiries only.
