Entry Level IT Field Service Technicians Wanted - MD/DC/VA MGS Services is a family owned company currently seeking IT Field Service Technicians for MD/DC/VA region. The position is full time. Salary is depending on experience. We are a very busy service company with plenty of overtime available. You will succeed if you are motivated, hardworking and a team player. Starting pay is $17/hr during training, then to piecework where you can make $17-29 an hour. All employees receive paid time off and full time employees are eligible for health benefits Position Requirements: - A+ / Network+ certification or related experience - Strong diagnostic and troubleshoot skills - Strong PC Skills - Basic electronic knowledge - Working and support knowledge of MS OS software as well asOutlook, Word, Excel - Ability to configure, maintain and upgrade PC - Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair PC - Ability to install, upgrade and perform backup on software - Ability to identify and install pc hardware and peripherals - Ability to answer computer and software related questions in technical and non-technical terms - Must be self-taught handyman - Strong communication skills and work ethic - Must be willing to work flexible hours and weekends with 3 weeks rotating on call schedule - Must have a clean driving record Certifications in VeriFone, Gilbarco, Veeder-Root, Dresser Wayne, POS, and other petroleum related pumps, POS, etc. equipment a plus.
