Day Porter Commercial janitorial company seeking Day Porter to maintain the main office cleanliness, equipment, supplies and deliveries. Duties: - Deliveries of equipment and supplies to clients - Light maintenance (changing light bulb, door locks etc.) - Maintaining cleanliness of office and garage - Inventory and organization of equipment and supplies - Grounds maintenance (picking up garbage, pulling weeds, shovel snow) - Breaking down boxes, taking out trash - Laundering of all cleaning rags and mops - Occasional filling in for an employee at client location last minute - Maintaining company vehicles (monitoring gas, tracking service dates etc) - Running office errands (post-office, Wal-mart etc) Requirements: Valid driver's license, A criminal background check will be ran, Familiarity with common cleaning supplies and hand tools, Physical stamina, Ability to work outdoors, Friendly demeanor Hours: Monday - Friday Part Time Pay: $ 14/hr starting How To Apply:
