We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! Must be a self starting, teachable person with a strong work ethic. Must be able to pass a background check. Skill Requirements: A working knowledge and experience in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliance repair, drywall, painting, yard care, etc; effective time management; ability to work independently and in a project team; ability to read and follow directions; ability to exercise sound judgment when using tools, equipment and chemicals. Physical Requirements: Must be able to read written instructions; must be able to communicate well in writing or speaking; ability to lift at least 50 pounds; ability to stand and walk most of the working day; physical body dexterity to allow for bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, etc. when moving, lifting, or installing equipment, appliances, furniture; ability to work in various temperatures and seasonal conditions; ability to transport self and equipment and tools to various locations.
