Landscape Design/Build Installation Foreman Department: Maintenance We are a design/build/maintenance firm that has spent many years creating and maintaining dynamic landscapes and grounds for affluent, high-end residential clients throughout Carmel, Zionsville and Indianapolis. To help fill growth driven positions, we are looking for detail-oriented, self-starters to lead crews within our maintenance Department. These full-time positions offers the right people a challenging outdoor opportunity with benefits such as PTO (Paid Time Off), 401K. Annual reviews are provided to help develop skills, determine training, and encourage long term growth within the operations. Description: The Design/Build Installation Foreman is a year round position with benefits for someone who can manage a residential installation crew of 3-5 associates. The person will need to be able to construct retaining walls, install various hardscape materials, construct paver patios and walks and install detailed softscape planting plans. Strong organization skills are required. This position requires the individual to be able to manage and lead his crew, keep accurate daily worksheets and communicate with clients. Requirements: Valid Driver's License, Reliable Transportation 3 yrs. Exp. installing residential landscaping Knowledge of Ornamental and Perennial plant materials Working knowledge of job sequence and ability to delegate tasks Working knowledge of Bobcats, and landscape construction equipment Basic knowledge of Irrigation systems and repairs Ability to drive a small dump truck, pull trailer, and drive a clutch Ability to Edge Beds and manually spread Mulch Ability to track labor hours, and document accurately Ability to read Blue Prints and understand Design Intent Ability to manage crew size of 3-6 men Compensation: $16-$25 / Hourly Wage 45-50 hrs. / week Paid O.T. PTO / Vacation
