Responsibilities: Receive, record and price merchandise correctly according to category and ensure that correct quantities are received to prevent shrinkage Perform the receiving/shipping of inventory and supplies in order to meet sales requirements and maintain the efficient flow of merchandise Keep company property secure at all times according to company rules and regulations Be able to work with minimum supervision Comply to all job functions as outlined in Position Description Be able to properly pick the product, package it and ship it to the customer Answering customer phone calls and resolve the customer issue properly and professionally Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills Access to reliable transportation Knowledge and being hands on with packaging, processing and shipping orders Excellent general computer skills. Browsing Internet, working with different applications, using label printers Microsoft Office package and etc. Have driving license and owning a car is a huge bonus. Excellent customer service. Familiar with Basic Dental and Medical supplies.
