We are looking for freight forwarder/customer service person for a company in Grapevine, TX area. Responsibilities: Phone and email communication with customers in USA for shipment schedule, status, Q&A Phone and email communication with vendor like Airlines, truckers, and inbound warehouse, customers Email communication with overseas Internal communication for status and Q&A by customer Creating manifest for delivery Data entry in system for both internal and external (excel sheet is included) Filing documents Detailed, on time, willing to follow directions, good work ethics Bilingual -Korean or Japanese (Not required) This is a 1st position from M-F 8am-5pm and starting pay is $15-$16/hr. If you have freight forwarding experience pay will start at $20/hr. 40 to 45 hour work weeks. THERE IS NO WEEK IN THE HOLE!!!
