We are seeking an Office Custodian to be responsible for maintaining a clean work environment for our office staff and visitors. Essential Job Functions: • Sweep and mop hard floors • Vacuum carpets • Clean breakroom areas • Dust and vacuum furniture • Clean and sanitize restrooms • Empty trash/recycling bins and take to dumpster • Maintain outside walk areas, including sweeping debris and washing walkways • Sanitize fixtures, including door handles/knobs • Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety issues to supervisor immediately • Other routine cleaning tasks as needed • Assist during production runs and help with various projects related to product manufacturing (< 50% of the job) Preferred Education and Experience • 1+ years’ experience in a relevant position or combination of education and experience Requirements • Experience cleaning in an office setting preferred • Verbal communication skills • Organizational skills and time management • Thoughtfulness and proactive nature; proactively spot issues that need to be addressed Benefits Our benefits package includes the following: • $250 bonus after first 90 days • Comprehensive medical, prescription, dental and vision insurance • Flexible spending accounts • 401K program • Paid time off • Paid holidays In addition to more traditional benefits, we also have a monthly fitness & wellness reimbursement program. Work Environment This position works in the manufacturing facility with routine exposure to loud noise, sanitation chemicals, and allergens such as, but not limited to, nuts, dairy, soy, eggs, fish, and wheat.
