Install Drainage Grate & Pipe

I have a drainage issue near my front door and need to install a drain grate and PVC pipe to direct the water away from the house/front door. Picture attached. The drain pipe needs to be about 12 feet long. The grate will require a small amount of concrete work. This grate from Home Deopot will need to be installed flush with the sidewalk and drain pipe attached and buried. ; Reply with some pictures of your similar work. I can meet you at the end of the any day for you to get a better idea.
