Purple Tail Farm in Litchield, NH is looking for a part-time horse farm worker, 5 hours daily, 4 days weekly. General horse barn work, including but not limited to mucking and cleaning stalls, in&out's and paddocks, feeding and watering horses and livestock, re-bedding stalls, cleaning water buckets, sweeping barn aisle, raking hay, etc. Would prefer someone experienced with barn work and working around horses and comfortable working mostly alone and outside. We are a small lesson/training/coaching and equine-assisted psychotherapy barn, quiet and private with 7 equines and various other barn livestock. We pay weekly, on time and in cash and we are looking to fill a permanent position, as our part-time person of 4 years is retiring. Please call or email with any questions and to set up an interview.
