Poss Select Produce is seeking a Night Warehouse Associate for the evening shift. The Associate works closely with the Night Warehouse Supervisor to ensure that all overnight warehouse order selection activities are completed efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities - Accurate selection of inventory products and the efficient loading of a fleet of trucks. - Contribute to the overall safety of the work environment by following established protocols for personal and food safety. - Arrives at work as scheduled and is available to be scheduled as necessary. - Demonstrates ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others. Qualifications - Ability to operate forklifts and other equipment as necessary. - Ability to safely lift cases of produce weighing 50lbs or more. - Work independently with little direction. - Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. - Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail. - Dependable and reliable. - Commitment to follow all safety standards. - Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
