Construction Technician and Helper Needed

We are an expanding Property Services Company that specializes in Rehabs and Turnovers in and surrounding the Metro Atlanta area. We are currently looking for experienced, honest, and reliable Technicians and Construction Helpers to join our team. The positions are 1099 and compensation is based on experience starting around $16 an hour and up with room to grow. Applicants must be honest, reliable and punctual. Only experienced workers will be considered. Serious inquiries only please. Requirements: Has 2+ years of experience Owns a standard set of tools to perform repairs Reliable transportation to travel to job sites and material runs Has a valid driver's license Job sites are typically in or around the Metro Atlanta area Duties include but not limited to the following: Demolition and site clean-up Must be able to complete installs such as light fixtures, small plumbing fixtures, door stops, blinds, etc. Must be able to complete basic drywall repairs and minor carpentry Must wear protective gear such a steel-toe boots Must maintain clean worksite at all times Must email in a daily report with pictures before leaving each job site every day, including details of work done Daily communication with the office regarding jobs and line items Must be comfortable working around residential properties, as well as vacant properties. Masks will be required anytime the home is occupied, due to Covid-19 standards Must be able to make material runs, as needed, to local Home Depots via phone sales to the office Please email your experience and contact information.
