They are from a specific range in Caatinga Brazil and look different from all the variations of Redfoots. This range tends to display extreme marbling and most of the time bright orange heads. This tortoise also stays smaller than its cousins. This is not the southern Caatinga. This is the Northern Caatinga. The southern Caatingas have the solid red heads. The red headed Caatinga cherry heads are seen quite often in the pet trade.
