We are seeking a Light Industrial Office Cleaner to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. We are a trucking company located near O'Hare Airport that needs a hard working, responsible person to keep our offices and surrounding areas clean, neat, sanitized and orderly as well as maintain exterior building and outdoor grounds. Responsibilities: Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and trash removal Perform routine maintenance tasks, light plumbing, electrical and overall maintenance Organize custodial closets and spaces Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment Order supplies for the offices, kitchen as well as cleaning supplies and equipment ​Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields Ability to handle physical workload Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Benefits: Medical - Blue Cross Blue Shield Dental Vision RX PTO
