We have an exciting program starting THIS WEEK for CForce Water in the Portland market and looking for an experienced Field Manager. STAFFING CRITERIA: - Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Field Marketing and promotions -Ability to travel locally within Portland market with reliable transportation -Strong understanding and grounding of the market – FMR to develop schedule of events (to be approved by client) -Healthy/fit, Outgoing, Personable, Able to relay brand story in an engaging way -Detail-orientated with ability to manage product distribution logistics including managing materials and inventory, etc. -Excited, motivated and energetic about working with a unique brand -Self-motivated with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in various tasks and situations -Excellent communication and presentation skills -Eligible to work in the US with a valid SSN -Must use own vehicle for transport to and from events/ warehouse, etc. CForce Water Sampling Program You will help spread brand awareness and promote trial of CForce, a pure, powerful and perfect bottled water from a sustainable source deep underneath Chuck Norris’ Lone Wolf Ranch. The Field Manager will be working with a Brand Ambassador at events scheduled. DATES/TIMES/LOCATIONS*: Prep Hours (5 Hours total this week) - start building a schedule for the activation events (locations, times, etc.) - must be approved by client (mostly guerilla sampling) -Training -Other misc prep work Activation Dates: 6/4 – 7/18 -21 hours per week - 12 activation** + 9 admin -events most likely Thurs-Sun** -events will be FMR + 1 BA -Exact schedule details TBD (FMR to develop approved schedule of events) STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES: training and prep (5 hours total) -Phone/video training/briefing -Assist with initial schedule building -Line up BA(s) to work events with you, ensure they are registered with Encore, etc. - preferred it stay consistent as much as possible. Activation responsibilities (21 HRS per week: 12 hours of activation + 9 hours prep/post per week)* -Assist with identifying sampling locations* -Pick up product and assets at Storage Unit and transport to activations – FMR uses own vehicle. (storage unit located on Bancroft Street Portland, OR 97239) -Set up event footprint when applicable -Distribute product and utilize talking points -Oversee staff / Ensure activation runs smoothly -Take lots of Photos and videos of events and staff -Breakdown footprint when utilized -Return assets to storage unit and dispose of trash Post-event recap -Submit recaps and photos of event day by Sunday evenings. PAY RATE: Paid as W2 via direct deposit every two weeks -Field Manager - $30HR -Parking is reimbursed with receipt if not complimentary at sampling locations.
