CS1 is looking for an Experienced Commercial carpenter Metal Framer and Painter Foreman with a minimum of 5 years or more experience. Carpenter Must be familiar with light gauge metal framing, and drywall installation. Looking for someone proficient in reading plans and doing layout. Will be working with your tools and running a crew. Additional requirements include performing safety meetings; customer, employees, and contractor relations; time and production management; and good communication skills. Must have a positive professional attitude and ready to report to work on time and able to produce quality workmanship. Wage is based on qualifications. Painter must knowledge different finishes. with same foreman responsibilities.
