Wreck Room is a new and unique activity in Las Vegas. Guests at Wreck Room are there to break items (computer printers, liquor bottles, garden gnomes) in a safe and clean up free area. We are looking for energetic and fun employees that can add to the experience that is Wreck Room. Customer service skills are a must! Initially, your main responsibilities will be to provide a world class, fun and friendly experience for all of our guests. You must be a people person with the ability to command the attention of a crowd. Strong skills in time management, multi-tasking, staying calm under pressure, and attention to detail are also greatly valued. And of course, having a great sense of humor! Your role will directly impact overall customer satisfaction. Beyond hosting you will need to clean and set the rooms after every guest. This work will require a good amount of heavy lifting, sweeping, and mopping. Employees will be expected to: Welcome and assist Guests in the check in process. Brief and debrief Guests on their Wreck Room experience. Monitor Wreck Rooms. Sweeping, mopping and other cleaning duties. Maintain company cleanliness and organizational standards. Communicate clearly with other Hosts/Managment Answer all Guests questions over the phone and in person. Maintain a proper company uniform and arrive on time for work for each and every shift. Our employees are vital to customer flow and will be expected to do a bit of everything. Students & fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Open availability preferred!! Ideal Candidate: Have an upbeat, pleasant, and positive attitude. Maintain a high sense of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail. Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and timely manner. Able to lift a full sized trash can into a dumpster 10-20 times a day. Hours offered at this time can range from 10-40 hours depending upon what is needed. To succeed, reliability is essential in this position.
