Please tell me why you flagged me

I am trying to find great homes for my Shih tzu and yorkie mix dogs. Could some one please tell me the reason my post was flagged. I'm not a scammer. You can see the dogs. I'm not asking a deposite. I'm not even asking a fee. I'm checking out potential adopters. Please tell me what you think I am doing that is unapprovable. Who ever is flagging my post is hindering the dogs from being placed in a good home.
