Looking for a boat mechanic-boat is on the water currently

Just bought a boat last week...already got an issue! Had one guy who's good on cars come out. He's stumped. He did a compression test and says it came back good. No signs of water in the cylinders. He said there was a little water leak coming from exhaust manifold but seems to thing the engine is in good shape. He wonders if it could be a week spark but doesn't know as plugs looked okay too. It occasionally will start and run for half a minute or so and then die out. And then can't get to turn over again. It's a 96 monterrey montera. The engine is a volvo penta 3.0 gs. The boat is in the water currently and I was hoping to find someone familiar with this engine to come out and see what they think before having it towed to put on a trailer and take it somewhere... please only respond via email or text. because of robocalls I'm not answering my phone if I don't recognize the number. i live on the tn river in south knoxville.
