Property management company seeking Maintenance Technician and Grounds worker. Full time position with room for advancement. Grounds Worker will perform necessary grounds work as well as assist in other projects. Maintenance tech will complete work orders in Carpentry, Plumbing, Electric, Painting and Sheetrock Repair and assist in renovations and other projects.
