Due to an overwhelming response, the ad is still posted but on hold. Unfortunately, I will not be responding to all who applied. If you contacted me and haven't heard back, I will be keeping your number for future reference. Not everyone I interview will be a suitable fit, so the opportunity to help me may still become available. Only need one person. Thanks for understanding. (Looking for a reliable and dependable on call worker who can assist easy going retired homeowner, and work unsupervised with yard cleanup, various landscaping projects, lawn care and maintenance, power washing, general household maintenance, window cleaning, basic carpentry projects, fence replacement, siding replacement, painting, (snow blowing driveway in winter), and other odd jobs. Part-time year round as needed. Hours per day, and number of days could vary. I have all necessary tools and equipment. Just supply me the labor. $15/hour (working as helper) - $20/hour (working alone & based on productivity) to start (or option to possibly trade time for nice motorcycle).
