Location within 30 minutes of Memorial and Kelly (Rocky Point) and Immediate Availability needed a plus. Preference for person with pickup truck (Ability to haul items to the county dump on Linebaugh a major plus). There are a number of tasks and the hourly rate varies by the type of task. You need not be able to complete all the tasks. Please reach out and let me know which of these tasks you are prepared to undertake and your availability. I will provide all needed materials but you must have your own tools. I have the following electrical tasks: (Must have testing kit and experience) ($20/hour) 1. Ceiling wench not operating (May be faulty switch in closet, May be wench motor) 2. Steam Room generator failing to come on (Corrected in past with replacement of fuses) Outdoors: ($20 per hour) 1. Replace filter grids in pool filter 2. Repair or replace sprinkler valve I have the following outside lawn tasks ($15/hour) 1. Mulching 2. Remove old railroad ties and bring to front of property ($30 extra if you take to county dump) 3. Plant Gardenia Plant I have some carpet tasks ($18/hour) (You must have carpet stretcher and experience) 1. Replace some padding 2. Install carpet tack strips 3. Pull carpet onto the tack strips 4. Pull carpet where bubbling and replace pad as needed I have some tile tasks ($18/hour) (You need your own wet saw) 1. Replace grout on outside of shower room 2. Repair and/or replace grout in shower 3. Reseat toilet in Master bathroom I WOULD LIKE TO COMPLETE MOST OF THIS WORK TUESDAY-WEDNESDAY-THURSDAY AND POSSIBLY SATURDAY. You can call Monday evening until midnight or during the week after 10:00 am.
