Guest Speakers and Musicians Focusing on the theme of what being rooted in Christ means for us in our respective communities and professions, this campout will feature many notable guest speakers. Each of these speakers will give AYPers encouragement and insight while equipping us with practical ways we can reconcile being an Adventist Christian in the workforce, finding contentment where God has placed us now rather than dissatisfaction in thinking about where maybe we ought to be. In addition to rejuvenating and relatable speakers, Rooted will feature musicians from the area as well as professional development seminars on Sunday morning. With a great camping experience, food, fellowship, speakers, and music, this weekend getaway is sure to leave attendees with a sense of confidence and conviction. In a time where the enemy seems to have the upper hand on many fronts, it is vital that we, as Christians, know our identities in Christ. We have been positioned where we are on purpose and for a purpose. Having that confidence, that focus, that grounding is far from an easy task. It takes work and cultivation. It takes community. He has called us by name, and we must understand the power we possess--rooted in Him as He helps us cultivate purpose right where we are.
