As a Maintenance Technician your primary responsibility is to assist the Maintenance Supervisor with day to day operations such as: *Work Orders/Service requests *Assist with Make Ready of all vacant units to include trash outs. *Grounds keeping/Pool cleaning Maintenance Tech will be required to be apart of our on-call rotation so you must have transportation. Also, HVAC/EPA certification is required with knowledge of all components related to repair and install of residential HVAC systems. Work schedule is Monday-Friday / 8am-5pm (on-call and OT required) Schedule is subject to change based on business needs. Property is 412 units. Built in 2015. HVAC units located on ground level. Full time schedule of 40 hours Bi-weekly pay via direct deposit. We do not pay cash. Must be able to pass both drug and criminal background check. Benefits provided after 30 days including a 30% rental discount should you live onsite.
