Free Outdoor Fitness is BACK in Canal Park! Grab your water bottle and get ready to sweat! The Capitol Riverfront BID has teamed up with local studios barre3 and VIDA Fitness to bring an exciting active five weeks of fitness to Yards Park and Canal Park. Registration is free but capacity is limited to the first 50 participants for each socially distanced class, so be sure to sign up for each class you want to take. Schedule: Tuesdays at 7:00 am: HIIT with VIDA Fitness in Yards Park (355 Water St. SE) on the Boardwalk in front of the Terrace Steps Thursdays at 7:00 am: barre3 in Yards Park (355 Water St. SE) on the Boardwalk in front of the Terrace Steps Sundays at 9:00 am: barre3 in Canal Park (200 M St. SE)on the Southern Block, next to Wiseguy Pizza Please Note: - Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class begins to allow time for check-in - Masks are required to worn through the duration of the class for anyone who is not fully vaccinated.
