We are looking for a Skilled Laborer who can function in the role of Labor, Drywall & Painting. A Skilled Construction Laborer performs entry-level to journey-level work in one or more building trades (such as plumbing, electrical, masonry/finisher, painting, roofing, and welding) and involve the maintenance, repair, alteration, and construction of fixtures, equipment, and facilities. We are specifically looking for a skilled laborer, painter and dry waller. The job duties may include and are not limited to the following: • Paint interior of Building • Minimal demolition and cleaning of job site upon completion while maintaining a safe work environment. • Perform Other related duties as required • Clean surfaces in preparation for work activities • Apply sealants or other protective coatings to walls • Cut metal or wood, doors, trim • Painting and pouring of materials into or on designated areas • Removal or furniture, carpeting, drywall, etc., properly disposing of trash • Dry wall and patching methods and materials Strong understanding of Safety Hazards, Personal Safety, and Equipment Safety Procedures as it relates to maintenance work Skills and Abilities.
