Discover the power of sound to transform consciousness, heal the mind, and calm the body. Invest in your self care and enjoy a relaxing hour with Dr. Cija Ebeling, and her husband Rich, as they help bring balance into the community! Our bodies are equipped with mirror neurons, and we tend to mirror our surroundings. When we experience other individuals or circumstances that are imbalanced, we tend to mirror that energy as well. Let us bathe you in balanced sound frequencies, to help balance your mind, body and soul! Please bring your own yoga mats, blankets and pillows for your own comfort. Keep in mind there is no heating or air conditioning, so dress accordingly! Paking is on the South Lot, just off of the turn in to St. Dominic Catholic Church. All ages welcome! *Instruments used in the soundbath will be 9 Tibetan Singing Bowls, 15 Chakra Tuned Crystal Singing Bowls, Rain Stick, Zaphir Chimes, Tingshas, 528 hz Tuning fork, Ocean Drum, Buffalo Drum and 32" Gong. **Some sound frequencies will get intense. Be prepared for healing within!
