Art studio in Kensington

Looking for someone to join our studio in East Kensington as of June 1, (or later). We have a private entrance, and almost always parking just outside. There are two of us here already, the portion of the space being offered is around 450-500sq ft for $280, and a deposit in the same amount. I am a mixed media artist working in textiles, paint, and wood, and the other studio mate is a ceramicist, and they have a kiln. We are installing heat this year, so there will be potentially an extra $$ situation to pitch on making it a warm space for winter time. If you think it may be a good fit, call me (Jackie) and leave a voicemail with your name and contact and a lil about your practice. We can meet up to have you see the space and meet the studio mates.
